Information We Need

Once we have formatted all of this information into the contract you will be emailed a copy to approve.
Your acceptance of the contract and the details of your services booked with Eclectica Beauty Studio as outlined in the contract will be acknowledged by your payment of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Is the Deposit Refundable?
This deposit is entirely non-refundable. Eclectica Beauty blocks the date & time outlined in this contract for you and the services you book. After we block this time in our schedule all other inquiries are turned away.
What if the number of people wanting services change after we create a contract?
If the number of people requiring services increases, we will do our best to accommodate your booking and increase your timeline for that day. If the number decreases prior to the commencement of services, we recommend finding people to take the spots that have been reserved. If the spaces are not filled, this portion of the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. We require 48 hours notice given in writing (via email) or the balance of the services (not fulfilled) will be charged in full on the day of services.
What if my Event Date Changes?
If the date of the event changes the deposit is non-transferable. The deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to secure the new date and contract.
What if my Timeline Changes?
If your timeline for the day you have booked changes, Eclectica Beauty Studio will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Please understand that we book multiple events and changing the timeline is not always possible. This concession will be addressed on a case by case basis.
